At Millfields Trust, we’re passionate about supporting local businesses, charities, social enterprises and community organisations across Plymouth. As our work continues to grow, we’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a small, supportive team! No two days are quite the same, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in staying organised, and is happy to get involved whenever needed.

About the Role

Administration Assistant

  • Millfields Trust, Stonehouse, Plymouth, PL1 3HQ

  • 20 hours per week (Monday to Thursday)

  • Flexible start and finish times

As Administration Assistant, you’ll play a key role helping our organisation run smoothly. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for visitors, tenants and guests, while also providing valuable administrative support across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors, tenants and guests

  • Answering phones, managing post and responding to enquiries

  • Assisting with meeting room bookings and room set ups

  • Supporting tenant onboarding and office handovers

  • Providing administrative support to the wider team

  • Helping keep our offices, facilities and services running smoothly

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, approachable and professional

  • Organised with excellent attention to detial

  • Confident communicating with a wide range of people

  • Proactive and able to use their initiative

  • Comfortable working as part of a small, supportive team
